For those tracking the little soap opera motor swap-era, here's the latest message I sent to the individual in question regarding the matter:
"Which of the six boxes I sent you is missing from the shipment you are sending back? You and I both have documentation of the inventory I sent to you, so what items will be missing when I inspect your shipment?

Also, you will be sending back the original bill of sale and I will be returning the bill of sale you sent to me. As per your request via email, I will keep the useless evo. Please learn from this experience and conduct yourself with more integrity in the future."
