Pat . . . . very silly, now, go and change your armour* . . . totally digging the meditation tutorial guys, was having a crack last night but fell asleep, feeling totally zoned, I guess that's a good thing . . maybe???
Never underestimate the value of a good nights sleep. Nothing wrong with resting when you're tired. Give it a go in the morning or mid day if you get a chance, as well. Relaxed alertness and energy to stay awake...you may see a whole other effect.
