Dead today from cancer at age 62. I rarely feel an emotional response to hearing of people dying that I don't have a real life connection with. This morning at 0649 when I recieved a text message telling my one of my all time favorite writers was dead, I had exactly that, a negative emotional response. This man was a genius and if you have never had the pleasure of reading any of his work, do yourself a favor. Get this book.
