Need some help/ advice

I have been searching for a 12-14 inch , 2.5in inlet, stainless steel, weld on exhaust tip, with a turn down design. Turns out my little 9 inch borla tip won't cut the mustard. I have also been thinking about doin just a straight pipe that goes straight back... Any suggestions from the bastards?

  1. Have you tried checking with automotive exhaust shops or O'Reillys / AutoZone? Might be worth lookin into.

  3. Is the rest of the header stainless? Welding mild and stainless can be tricky from what I hear. If the header is mild, just use a mild turnout tip and wrap the whole pipe, use high temp paint, or both. DEI makes great products for exhaust paint and wrap.
