GET SOME GREASEBAG HISTORY: HOGSLAYER!!

MANDATORY VIEWING: HOGSLAYER

if you even like the idea of going fast on two wheels, you have to see this documentary. if you have ever had the slightest interest in hopping up your own engine, you have to see this movie. if you have ever seen even the faintest hint of beauty in the norton engine design, you have to see this movie. if you are the least bit interested in how drag racing progressed from the early days of simple stroker engines with wide mouth carbs to the modern day science of two-wheeled death rocketry, you have to see this movie.

two guys from a small town in southeast wisconsin took a tiny norton/triumph shop and turned it into the skunkworks lab that created the single most dominant dragbike in motorcycle drag racing history. they innovated countless mechanical advances that not only put their bike way ahead of the competition in performance, but they also made the thing more reliable and consistent than most stocker street bikes. they did it all out of a tiny shop, with no factory sponsorships or secret engineering prototype hook ups. they had help from their friends, did their research, and modified or invented whatever they needed that just didn't exist yet.

john gregory is an evil genius of an engineer whose imagination and talents are beautiful to witness. tom 'tc' christenson is no slouch mechanic either and just happens to be one of the most fearless, focused, and talented drag jockeys to ever twist a wick. these two regular guys from kenosha, wisconsin, showed the world what two regular guys from kenosha could do: anything they set their minds too!

best of all, these guys are still pretty humble and totally down to earth about it all. hell, whenever you're in bearpaws-jason's neck of the woods you can stop by and shoot the shit with tc. if you need anything that makes a british motorcycle run, it's a good bet he's got it in stock at the shop, too. if you're real nice he just might share some of the go fast knowledge that propelled him and hogslayer to dragbike hall of fame status.

just a short jaunt from chicago or milwaukee...have a beer with jason and check out his ever evolving projects, say hi to tc and grab some norton cylinder heads, gawk at hogslayer III--the triple norton engine nitromethane death missile just chillin at tc's shop, then go out for brats and beers and make fun of green bay packers fans on their hd factory-fresh stock streetglide baggers...kenosha's a pretty rad town to swing through if you're a motorhead.

ALL HAIL HOGSLAYER!
